Expanding beyond our core marketplace

The 2025 acquisition of Aro Finance helped us strengthen our position in embedded finance and home lending. We leveraged the acquisition to launch ClearScore Everywhere, thus externalising our marketplace and extending our brand through a network of embedded finance partners.

Our subsequent acquisition (early 2026) of Acre, the mortgage broker CRM and product-sourcing platform, has given us significant inroads in mortgages. This is an area where we see significant future growth.

Leading the credit industry into the AI era

We are expanding the use of AI across the Group. In 2026, we introduced the world's first Agentic Credit Broking Protocol, a new set of open-source, industry-wide standards that enable AI agents to conduct credit broking on behalf of users, while maintaining regulatory compliance for lenders.

We also launched our first consumer-facing ChatGPT app, helping people understand credit and make more informed financial decisions before they take any action that could affect their credit score, as well as Caisey, our in-app AI assistant.

Scaling across four continents

Our international markets of South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Canada represent significant near-term growth potential. With over 9m users and £39m revenue in 2025, we are already the number one credit app in almost all our markets.
