2025 Fintech Pledge Impact Report

The 2025 Fintech Pledge, co-founded by ClearScore, has made a tangible impact on millions of people

Two years ago, ClearScore launched a fintech industry coalition to improve consumers' financial wellbeing on a larger scale. The 2025 Fintech Pledge today publishes its first Impact Report, detailing the progress made since 2022.

The 2025 Fintech Pledge is connecting consumers to financial technology platforms that help them to: a) make savings work harder, b) improve credit scores, c) manage and consolidate debts, d) lower bills and household outgoing costs, and e) determine if they are entitled to benefits and financial aid.

Key achievements include crossing the 18 million consumer actions milestone, representing 70% of the 25 million actions goal we set ourselves.

The Pledge's financial channel, 'Master My Money' has seen 5.7m views on TikTok and tens of thousands of clicks on it educational blogs.

One of the key outcomes of the Pledge has been collaboration between member companies for the wider benefit of consumers. At ClearScore we are proud to have forged deeper relationships with both StepChange and Gretel, to help our users deal with problem debt and find lost money.

Our coalition has grown from 2 to 57 members with global names like Google Cloud and Salesforce as well as financial services brands such as Hargreaves Lansdown.

The fintech ecosystem can jump-start the UK economy, helping consumers bounce back by embracing new behaviours that support their long-term financial well-being.

Any fintech, charity or company involved in the ecosystem can find out more by contacting [email protected] or download the Impact Report.
